Significance of Urdu Learning

Learning Urdu helps you to communicate with other people who speak in Urdu. Urdu belongs to the Indic group of the Indo-European family of languages and official language of Pakistan. It is widely spoken in all over the world especially in India.

Urdu was the official and widely spoken popular language of Northern India till the independence. After India gained independence, Hindi was declared the official language of India, and Urdu is the official language Pakistan.

Including with the Arabic, it is the religious language for the Muslims. Urdu and Hindi is the official languages of India but the letters of these languages are written in the Sanskrit characters, while Urdu contains many words of Persian and Arabic.
